An in person visit from me to meet with you, view the areas in the home that needs help, and discuss your goals and needs. Should you decide to move forward with one of the below two services after this consultation, this fee will be applied as a credit to your invoice. *The consultation fee is exclusive of a travel surcharge of R7 per km for any distance beyond a 15km radius from Noordhoek.
For a self paced do-it-yourself approach, to execute decluttering and/or organisation on your own.
3 hour session: R3,000
Ideal for the person confident to start and complete this project on their own, and appreciates once-off expert guidance and advice to help them reach their goals.
What to expect:
I visit you at home for a comprehensive 3 hour walkthrough. During this time, we identify all areas needing attention, while I give you verbal advice & recommendations for decluttering and organising, along with product recommendations and where to source them.
For the residential home that needs decluttering & organising, or the guesthouse that needs meticulous organisation.
R4,700 per day
Ideal for residential and guesthouse owners who
don’t have the time to declutter and/or organise by themselves, or are overwhelmed when trying to do so alone;
have tried before and not made enough progress;
have multiple rooms or areas in the home that needs help;
want this project completed in as short a time as possible.
The daily rate includes:
Myself + 1 assistant, hands-on in the home for 6 dedicated hours (R500 per extra hour a day)
Travel within 15km from Noordhoek
Coordinating removal & donation of decluttered items (where applicable)
Personalised household visual manual as a maintenance reference guide for you and your housekeeping staff
The daily rate excludes:
The cost of organising products (baskets, bins, labels). I research, source, test out and procure organising products that fit your specific storage dimensions. A 20% procurement fee is added to the total cost of organising products sourced to cover this service.
Travel surcharge of R7 per km for distance beyond a 15km radius from Noordhoek.
Monthly/bi monthly maintenance visits.
